This notice explains what personal data Swyft Design & Development LLC (“SwyftDev”, “we”) collects through swyftdev.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, company or agency, phone number (if provided), area of interest, and message you enter. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement.
Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people arrive. This sets cookies and collects information such as approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment details through this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are transmitted and stored by Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. Analytics data is processed by Google. Both act as our service providers and process the data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers named above, or where we are required to by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you have sent us — email hello@swyftdev.com and we will respond. You can block cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on, to stop analytics collection. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive or controlled information through the contact form — tell us it exists and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here.
